My thoughts... Hmmm I think its time for BB to say goodnight and good bye! If not, then choose more exciting and educated people to go into the house. I dont always watch it as most of the time its just crap! It would depend on the type of talk that the house mates chat about for me to go back to watching it. I think Gretel has done a fantastic job and deserves better than this. If they think ppl are going to watch it more with Kyle and Jackie O they should think again... with Kyle hosting it, I will never EVER watch BB again. He is a rude and obnoxious man!!! For me... its time to go... Big Brother!!!
Big Brother Australia host Gretel Killeen has been axed after seven years as the shows new producers begin planning to revamp the show.
She will be replaced by Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O - an established radio partnership.
Kyle is a judge on Australian Idol and has been a celebrity housemate, as well as staying in the house as a guest briefly earlier this year. Ironically for many critics that was the last straw after a couple of years of very repetitive series that seemed to follow the same format - with the same twists - each year.
The show will return in 2008 with a "tighter, re-energised format" under the control of new executive producers.
It is still not known whether Mike Goldman, Fitzy or Bree will be spared the axe.
