Sadly, I accidently discarded my post about my weight loss. Here I go again...
I have lost 8.9kg in 10 weeks. Walking with the girls everyday has helped so much. Some days are hard to get through without sugar (lollies) and some days I dont even think about it. Having the girls to motivate me to walk has helped incredibly.

WOOOHOOO kim that is excellent news about the weight loss. well done love. dont worry about the sugar lollies.. get the low carb ones and you be fine.

The problem with low cal lollies is when you have too many of them... they give you the runs!!! LOL
Great work on the weight loss. It can be such a hard challenge. I am so happy for you.
