Well I dont know what happened before but I lost my posting. I had typed up my goals... and now they are gone... maybe that is fate telling me something!!! Maybe 2006 isnt going to be a goal year. I think everyone needs at least one goal for the year.
I am going to a friend's place tonight. It should be fun.
After writing 7 goals for 2006 and then losing them... I kind of think I will stay with one... for now.
1. Chill Out!!! Dont be too serious. Have fun in everything.
I just cant seem to get into my scrapbooking... I think its because Im looking into the past... and its just too much. I have decided to go with the flow and not do any scrapbooking. My heart isnt in it... so Im going to design some tags and cards. I have stamps... and Im going to use them! Some of my stamps I havent even used!!! I am going to use all the colours that I love and go for it. Then I will explore other colours.
Im going to have a fab night. I will be with friends who love me... and who I love also. Does it get any better?

New Years Eve!!!
All I can say is Bring it on 2006!!! Only 3 more years for my teaching degree to be over!!! I am going to a friends place tonight. Friends, laughter, swimming, pepsi max... what more could a girl want... oh yeah... to lose 15kg!!!!
I have walked an hour everyday this week and boy MY scales are not budging!!! They must be broken!!!! LOL
What are my goals for the year???
1. To lose weight... to get to 58kgs and under... that is my weight watchers goal weight.
2. To not get lost in study so I neglect my friends and family.
3. To be more patient with my mum, especially when it comes to the computer!
4. To get my son to help more around the house.
5. To start saying no to my daughter more and unwrap myself from around her little finger.
6. To go more places, more day trips, have dinner out more often and to chill out more.
7. To go with my gut feeling!
Well thats it for now... Im sure this is so much more to put in that list tho.

A Quiet One!
Here I am... having an extremely quiet day!!! No kids... just music!!!
The news delived some sad news this morning... Our Aussie Millionaire has died... Kerry Packer! He was only 68. Its way too young for anyone to die. I guess I am happy with my life... packed with my own stresses but nothing like his!!! Live hard... die young!!!
Another hot and humid day here in sunny queensland!!! I went for an hour walk again today. I hope to see some loss on the scales this week.
I have finished a scrapbook layout today and Im hoping to get some more done. Ive found it really hard to get back into scrapbooking.

My First Blog
Well this is it.
Its boxing day here in Australia and its warming up fast. We are expecting another hot day around 34 degrees celius.
Christmas day was great. I had my mum here for lunch with Reuben but sadly Reuben was more interested in his Playstation game than the delicious prawns... oh well his loss my gain!
I really enjoyed spending the day with my mum. I have always hated the thought that she never had any family around her for xmas. Now she does!
We went to my brothers for xmas eve... he gave me a wireless router for xmas and boy it just wont work for me. I hope he comes over soon to help me. I gave him a dvd of a favourite singer... one of the 60s singers he loves. He was wrapped!!! He is so hard to buy for as he has everything and can buy things... anything he wants!!!
My daughter brought her official boyfriend to my brothers for xmas eve. He is her first b.f and she looked so happy. It was wonderful to see her laugh and really enjoy herself. I think that was the best present for christmas. It just filled me with so much "joy" its just indescribable how it felt. I just hope he doesnt brake her heart.
All in all christmas was great.
